Emily Alonso is our Chief Strategy Officer. She has over a decade of experience in the field as a ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ activist and thought leader, helping nonprofit organizations grow their impact by blending thoughtful program design and evaluation, project management, strategic fund development, and technology implementation. She is committed to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ing populations from marginalized communities to opportunity, especially surrounding education and workforce development. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Education at UC Davis, with a research emphasis in Work-Based Learning, Career Pathways and Community Colleges. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from USC and a Bachelor's in Community and Regional Development.
