Our Vision
Our vision is to cultivate a tech ecosystem in Los Angeles that is inclusive, particularly supporting those who have been historically underrepresented.
By fostering ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ions between tech leaders and local, untapped talent, we aim to provide meaningful pathways through internships, learning academies, and career development opportunities. We believe that by working together, the tech ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ can create lasting value and ensure that the benefits of innovation and growth are shared across all communities in LA, building a future where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed.
What we do
We work alongside tech leaders to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ them with local, untapped talent to create new, transformative value through tech exploration, tech career exposure, and career experience. We aim to bring the tech ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ together around common civic goals and to fully harness and amplify the resources of LA’s tech ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
